Remote Caller & Appointment Setter

Job Description:

As a remote appointment setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients mainly via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments for our clients and sales team. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle rejection with grace. This is a work-from-home position that requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

- At least one year of experience in a customer service or sales role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Positive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Demonstrated track record of generating a minimum of 2-3 leads per day in a sales or appointment setting role

- Experience in appointment setting or telemarketing (preferred)

- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)

- Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment (preferred)


- Conduct outbound calls, emails, or other communication methods to prospective clients

- Qualify leads and gather information about potential clients' needs and interests

- Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up with leads

- Use CRM software to track and manage leads and appointments

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals

- Communicate effectively with the sales team and provide regular updates on appointments and lead quality

- Continuously develop and improve your appointment setting skills and techniques
